Since 1987 Out Back Catering has specialized in on-site food preparation. With our years of experience, we bring to you the finest of quality and freshest presentation.
At our licensed kitchen, only the finest ingredients are used in preparation for your celebration. The final cooking is done in our complete Mobile Kitchen, (not yours) or as display cooking right before your guests’ eyes.
We take pride in the presentation of the food and give your needs special consideration. Out Back Catering’s events may range from elegant, elaborate weddings, to fun, festive and exciting BBQ and company picnics. As a full service caterer, we will also coordinate all of your entertainment and rental needs. Out Back Catering strives to make your dreams come true!
Our experienced staff includes chefs with various specialties. The serving staff is hand-picked and only the most courteous and professional individuals are asked to join the Out Back Team.

Menu prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests. Include disposable plates, cups, napkins and tableware as necessary for the food we provide. Prices do not include applicable delivery, staff charges, gratuity or sales tax. Staffing charge is at the rate of $20.00 per hour , minimum 5 hours.
Your order will be confirmed with a detailed contract. A deposit of 50% is required upon approval of your contract. The balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Other terms can be arranged. We require a final guest count 7 days prior to your event. You will be charged for the number of guests given to us as your final guest count plus any additional guests that we serve. Prices quoted are cash or cashier’s check. A 5% processing charge is applied to credit card payments.
As a service to you, we will develop a rental list and with your approval place the order; the rental company will bill you directly.
